About

I am a CIPD qualified Independent HR Consultant with 20+ years of extensive and strong experience of working within a diverse background of private, public and third sectors. This has now led me to start my own HR consultancy business, inspired and tailored to support small to medium business needs in the Kent area and throughout UK (virtually).

My services are adapted on the knowledge I can bring to your business with my preliminary aim on being able to collaborate with you to benefit your business. I can provide advice and support in managing absence, performance, capability or conduct and conflict within areas of the business. I have managed complex issues in my HR career ensuring compliance and direction to the business. Whilst being employed as an interim in many organisations I have managed teams, providing supportive leadership, guidance and development where needed, so if you have no HR support or your internal HR department requires support, please contact me.

I have experience in managing change, redundancy, TUPE (in or out) with the importance of data security and management. I do, within managing change ensure I involve the critical areas of the business to allay the risks, communicating with all affected areas of the business, enabling an improved delivery of the service needs that impacts on the business.

My preliminary aim is to focus on culture, the critical and flexible skills, employee wellbeing, behaviour, communication with the inclusion of engagement during change and transformation. I have strategic and operational involvement in driving these changes through developing policies, guidelines and promoting best practice, by continually taking ownership to provide a good and reliable service at all levels of the spectrum.

My business motto is “Resolve 2 Solve” which relates to a firm intention to resolve, by deciding an agreed course of action, analysing, and breaking into separate elements to bring to a conclusion in an acceptable way. Resolve and Solve can be used interchangeably when describing finding a logical, correct, and successful solution to a problem. This defines my personality of being resourceful, purposeful, driven and with integrity.

Pricing

Introduction

Individual business(s) will have their own requirements and it is essential that I understand your business adequately so I can help you in the most effective way. We will therefore have an initial discussion or meeting during which you can explain your objectives and requirements and we can plan how best to work together. You would be under no obligation and there would be no charge for our first planning meeting.

It is important that we find the most appropriate and cost-effective way in which to work together and an initial, no obligation discussion, will help to incorporate the support which is tailored right for you and your business.

Advice Line

If you only need occasional HR support, by telephone or email you only pay for the advice that you receive and the time you need, at an agreed price rate.

On Demand

On a needs only basis, after the intial introduction, my time (which may include visiting your location/site) will be charged for every completed hour or half hour at the agreed rate. HR problems affecting your business, can rarely be bound into one category, but if left can develop into a series of complex issues requiring tailored HR guidance and advice. Please contact me so that we can discuss and resolve your concerns.

Project Rate

In order to facilitate a particular project or plan we would agree a day rate (if agreed) or a project rate and an agreed timetable within which to complete the project. This would be further stipuated in The Contract (please refer to the Terms of Engagement)
